4 simple steps to start syncing invoices to TallyPrime

Create Your Account 📝

  1. Visit www.trulyinvoice.com
  2. Click "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click "Create Account"
  5. You'll get 100 free credits instantly!

Remember: Save your email and password - you'll need them in Step 2.

Download & Install Connector 💾

  1. After signup, click "Download Connector"
  2. Run the downloaded file: TallyConnector.Setup.1.0.0.exe
  3. Click "Install" (takes 30 seconds)
  4. The connector opens automatically
  5. Login using the same email and password from Step 1
  6. You'll see "Connected ✓" in green

Important: Keep the connector running (minimize it, don't close it)

Configure TallyPrime ⚙️

  1. Open TallyPrime
  2. Press F1SettingsConnectivity

Set these values:

TallyPrime acts asBoth
Enable ODBCYes
Port9000
  1. Press Ctrl + A to save
  2. Press Alt + F3 and select your company
  3. Keep TallyPrime running

One-time setup: You only need to do this once!

Start Syncing! 🚀

  1. Go to www.trulyinvoice.com/dashboard
  2. Your company name will appear in the dropdown
  3. Drag & drop your invoice PDF
  4. Review the extracted data
  5. Click "Sync to Tally"
  6. Done! Check TallyPrime to see your voucher
